Bridgeway Inn & Suites Sublimity (Salem Area)

Sandy at the front office was very friendly,helpful and welcoming on my vacation to silverfalls Park. Everything was so close and convenient. The hotel had a great hott tub and pool to relax in after a long day. Place was very comfortable and will defiantly be coming back to visit more Oregon. From the Cali girl.

Sandy is such a kind woman, she was so attentive and sweet. She helped us with our bags, left the pool open and extra hour so we could enjoy it after a late check in, and was so polite. We got the best sleep of our trip so far here. It’s a little outdated but that is not a problem in any way, it’s cozy and comfortable.

We spended the day at Detroit Lake Park, then at night my wife and daughter desided to stay around the area to visit some places next day, So we found this hotel. It was nice and clean, same with the pool. Budget friendly place. Everything in the room worked perfectly. It was a quiet and relaxing night, breakfast included (wake up early). Sandy was a very nice and helpful person who make everything smooth since my family and I arrived there. Thank you.

I attempted to check into Bridgeway last night. Sandy who was working the counter was very polite and nice. We had a challenge with my debit card and instead of giving me the get lost act, simply said " let's figure out whst we can do to get you your room tonight". The rooms were clean, ac worked great, prices very reasonable and she took the concerns of a user into serious consideration to find a solution. I wish we saw more customer service at this level in life! It really would make a difference! Thank you for leading by example, Sandy!

We had a wonderful stay at Bridgeway Inn & Suites, thanks to Sandy, the hotel manager. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and also upgraded our room, which made our experience even better. We enjoyed the hot pool to relax after our hike. Her hospitality truly stood out and made us feel so welcome. Thank you, Sandy!

Not your 5star hotel, but If your just looking for a clean room at reasonable price for resting your head over night. Plus indoor pool & spa it will work for you!

Such a hidden GEM! The place is nice and clean, the pool and spa are simply GORGEOUS. In the budget friendly category, usually hotels this well priced, with this many amenities are either way expensive (2x the price of here) or in a very sketchy part of town. Not here!! Quiet, relaxing setting while still being close to everything. I honestly can't give them enough stars. Sad I waited this long to try it! This place is my new favorite place to stay. Exceptional value and service, 10 out of 5 stars and that isn't enough. Give them a try!!

Our stay was July 2025 and we found it better than some reviews and just what we wanted. The pool and spa were newly quality painted and inviting, the staff very kind and helpful, and the room excellent. Every room has refrigerator, microwave, etc. and we easily bought some hard boiled eggs at Safeway down the street to add a non-dairy protein to the provided breakfast that includes waffles, fruit, eng. muffins, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. The location is great near Silver Falls, and a nice little town of Sublimity with good eats: Fey Asian, The Lovin Oven, and more. We would definitely come back.
